To make your return, please send the package by your own means to the following address:

Please make sure to include in the package the document we sent you by email, which is essential for processing your return.

Please note that B-Outdoors cannot be held responsible for any incidents that may occur during the delivery of your package to our premises. However, we undertake to do everything possible to assist you in the event of loss or theft of the package.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You have the right to change your mind! Items purchased on our site can be returned without having to provide a specific reason. You have 14 days to withdraw from your order upon receipt. Please note that once this period has elapsed, the sale becomes firm and final. For your return to be accepted, make sure that the items are in new condition, with the labels still attached and returned to their original packaging.

Right after you place your order, we take care of preparing your package within 24h /48h (working days) and send it to you as follows. The delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen. In France, it generally takes between 24 and 48 a.m.. For Europe, it can go up to 5 working days. If it takes longer than that, please feel free to contact us.
